The following Terms and Conditions apply to the ‘’Boxfresh & Foot Asylum NME Awards Tour Tickets” Prize Draw (the “Prize Draw”):

1.       The Prize Draw is open to all United Kingdom residents aged eighteen (18) or over except employees of the Promoter, any associated companies, their families and anyone professionally involved in this promotion.

2.     NO PURCHASE OF ANY SORT IS NECESSARY TO TAKE PART IN THIS PRIZE DRAW. Contestants are required to:

a)     complete their details on the Prize Draw entry form provided; and
b)     hand in completed entry forms at the Foot Asylum till points, between the start and end date detailed below.

3.       The Prize Draw opens on 18 January 2012 and the closing date is at 17.00 on 2 February 2012. No entries shall be accepted before the start date or after the closing date. Entries are limited to one (1) entry per person. Third party or bulk entries will not be accepted and illegible or altered entries or those not in accordance with the entry instructions are invalid.

4.       Three (3) winners will be drawn at random from all entries received. Each winner drawn will receive two (2) tickets to the NME Awards Tour 2012 taking place February 2012 at a tour venue allocated by the Promoter and fifty pounds (£50) spending money.

Please note:

• the NME Awards Tour gigs will take place at:

Glasgow 02 – 8 February 2012,

Manchester Academy – 10 February 2012

London Brixton Academy – 25 February 2012

Contestants are responsible for ensuring they have availability to attend any of the UK tour dates as the winner’s tickets shall be allocated by the Promoter;

• the winners’ chosen travel companions must be over the age of eighteen (18);
• the winners and their travel companions shall be responsible for their own transportation;
• the winners and their travel companions will be responsible for adhering to the tour venue’s Terms and Conditions
• if the winners and/or their travel companions are asked to leave the tour venue and/or or incur any damage charges, the Promoter will not be responsible for covering any additional costs; and
• the Promoter accepts no responsibility for the winners and/or their travel companions being refused entry to the tour venue and/or ejection from the tour venue.

5.        The draw will be made by an independent person on 2 February 2012.  The winners will be notified of their success via telephone on 3 February 2012. If the winners cannot be contacted by 17.00 on 7 February 2012, the Promoter reserves the right to select alternative winners at random and award the prizes to these entries. The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

6.        The winners and their travel companions agree to take part in post-Prize Draw publicity at the request of the Promoter. By entering the Prize Draw, contestants agree to the Promoter’s unrestricted use of any post-Prize Draw publicity for the Promoter’s own purposes in all activities including, without limitation, marketing and promotional activities worldwide including use on the promoter’s websites and social networking platforms.

7.       The prizes may be altered or varied at the Promoter’s sole discretion and substituted with prizes which, in the Promoter’s sole opinion, are suitable alternatives. No cash alternatives are available and the prizes are non-transferable.

8.       The names of the winners may be found on www.boxfresh.com. on 7 February 2012.

9.       Information regarding personal data provided in the entry forms and emails will be collected, stored and processed in a database for the purpose of managing entry into this Prize Draw. Such information will not be used for any other purpose than as stated in these Terms and Conditions or as separately accepted by you. If you have separately agreed to receive communications from the Promoter and/or Foot Asylum then your personal data may be used for such purposes, including direct marketing. Any personal data that you provide will be held and processed in accordance with the requirements of the 1998 Data Protection Act.

10.     The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion and these terms and conditions in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside of its reasonable control or if in its absolute discretion, consider it necessary.

11.     The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any entries which they believe to be fraudulent or based on misconduct.

12.     The Promoter of this Prize Draw is Boxfresh International Limited, whose principal place of business is at The Pentland Centre, Squires Lane, London, N3 2QL.

13.     By entering this prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. All entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions and any entry which does not comply with the entry instruction shall be invalid.
