I just found this, and because I think you should all take me on a date I’m posting it for you. It’s a little secret that gets you cinema tickets for one royal British Pound. The deal is too good to miss, so get on www.mycitydeals.co.uk, and please ask me out. Thanks.
Golly gosh, this week at Murkage was crazy. Jammer smashed it. Trolley Snatcha smashed it. We smashed it. Half of Boy Better Know came through and smashed it…. and Boxfresh, you smashed it!
It was going off in there!
Oh, and we did all that for free before 12, don’t ask us how.
Everyone head to Camden tonight for ILUVLIVE which is going to be bigggg!
Nolay, (check her recent F64,feminism at its height…kinda), UK Rapper Kasha who has been killing it all over (watch this space for an upcoming BOXFRESH interview), and check the archives for my piece on his ‘Empire State of Mind’ cover. Also performing are female artists Zarif, who has supported the likes of Beyonce and Alesha Dixon, and hip hop collective, The Illersapians. Get behind new music people.
Murkage in collaboration with Love Music Hate Racism With Jammer and Trolley Snatcha. So hyped for this, has it really been thst many years since Murkle Man?
A little while ago, we teamed up with another event to bring DJ Zinc to Manchester…. and it was absolutely off the hook!
This time was no different! People were going hard; the mound of a man that is Murkage Dave was knocked off stage more times than you can count on two hands by hordes of small girls, and one drunk guy who works for us.
Ben (Zinc) enjoyed it so much he even had a beer. Cheers for that!
Hey there a quick one just to let you know, we are playing this week at On The Rocks in Shoreditch. You’ll find it on Kingsland Rd, E2 8AA, Old St being the nearest tube stop. There’s a few bands on including acoustic acts and DJ later on. Come down and stamp your feet to some old fashioned rock n roll. We’ll be up for a good laugh at this one!
Cheers guys n gals, hope to catch you Thursday night.
Ok so i know you’ve missed us over the last week or so, and that you’ve definitely been wondering what’s been going on in our ‘endz’.
The last two weeks have seen two big ol’ nasty Murkage’s. Last week with Radio 1 big boy Mistajam came through and tore it up. He had been talking about it for a while, and he didn’t disappoint!
This Thursday just gone seen what was probably one of the best ever Murkage performance’s ever! Example & Dj Wire weren’t happy with the one hour set they were contracted to… so they went for an extra half hour, shouting “F*ck you, 3am. Everyone put your fingers up and say F*CK YOU 3AM”. After the show, Example got wasted, freestyled about rum, and stole a hotdog costume from the club. Win.
